This place is a nightmare nothing works they are always fixing but nothing ever gets fixed even when it does. Like they fixed and open the laundry back up but the machines ruin your clothes more than fix them. Or they fix your heat but leave a giant hole in the vents so you end up spending ridiculous amounts on heating so your family doesn't freeze and disconnect the AC for the heater to work so when summer comes you got heat but no one went back to fix the AC.

This is the most disgusting place to live, they raise the rent every other month. The do not fix anything on time. They have a problem with rodent's and roaches. They charge for parking which has never been a thing in all of the 50+ years they have been here. Don't let the pictures full you. They are horrible, and the appliances are old and not up to date, but they charge high rent, the grass is never cut correctly. they ought to be shut down.

As a current tenant I would urge you to look elsewhere, there has been a leak in the master bedroom since I have moved in (3 years ago), that has yet to be fixed, have had no air conditioning or heat for the last 3 months, and any time there has been a maintenance request put in, it is not addressed, cleared as if it was finished and dealt with.

New company took over in May and they are making a lot of good changes. I've lived here almost 5 years and renewed my lease with them last month.

Finally got our laundry room up & running again.

I think they have 4 maintenance guys, the ones I've met really care and know what they are doing. Management is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The manager, Chelsea, is always in the office which is nice compared to the managers before her.

They painted our common area and updated a... few things which I really like.

New management took over in May this year has made a lot of changes for the better. They got the laundry room up & running. They have a large staff and the maintenance guys are very caring. Management is always in the office and easy to get ahold of. Finally feel like the property and us residents are no longer being neglected.
