The quality of the apartment home does not match the amount of money they want for it. We have lived here for 3 years - the squirrels will DESTROY your cars! We have accumulated between $5-10k damages to our cars on 4 separate occasions - management refuses to take ownership of the problem or offer any solutions other than "its nature". We also pay for our parking, and more often than not, other people park in our reserved spots and management will also not reimburse us or tow cars in our paid... spot. The building is also plumbed backwards. Each winter, our kitchen and bathroom floods. There is tons of water damage that management refuses to take care of. The neighbors litter in the common areas inside and out - management does not come by to clean it up or handle the situation. Management is difficult to get ahold of and almost never provides solutions or accommodations for problems. The lawn company shattered the patio sliding glass door, and it took 2 months for management to send someone out to replace it - they left broken glass all over the patio and in the grassy area where children play. This is a very poorly managed and maintained property.

We received the keys to an apartment that wasn’t finished and it was such a battle to get them to fix anything. We found roaches in our apartment and then a dead bird in our HVAC closet, which they weren’t in a hurry to get out. I wouldn’t recommend renting here to anyone. The management is horrible and they lie, saying things are getting fixed, but they aren’t. The property manager would never sit down with us to talk - we got out of our lease thankfully, but we are still dealing with them... trying to charge us a random amount of money that no one can get back to me and explain. Communication and customer service are not their strong suits.

If an appliance goes out be to wait a least two to three days for it to be replaced.
The last couple of years pool is rarely open due to vandalism according to the property.
Seems maintenance and management of property do not communicate.

The maintenance man was there within 10 minutes of placing the work order, was very professional, kind, and explained everything that was going on. He was very polite and patient even though he had been working late. Very pleased with all his hard work.
