Community Service Through my first year in the community I have had several occasions that I needed maintenance to correct problems. In every case, the service was handled in a very quick and smooth way. In every case the person handling the problem did so in good humor and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I know dealing day in and day out with people, it is easy to become frustrated and show that frustration. Never once have I seen that show, instead the people have always been… courteous and a joy to work with. Thank you.

Excellent turnaround One thing about this property that I can say is great is the turnaround time for maintenance request! Never had a maintenance request longer than 2 days… they are quick to address all issues both in the apartment and just on the property! The maintenance team is professional and does great work!
