10/10 would NOT recommend

Highly would NOT recommend, especially if you have little ones. Our unit was constantly hot boxed or we would walk through our front door and just smell weed. We made numerous complaints for 7-8 months until they let us cut our lease early by 2 months, no penalty. The assistant manager didn’t have an ounce of compassion and because of that and them allowing the continuous behavior of our neighbor, we left. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful

I really like how nice office staff is and how ready to help maintenance is. I like the openess between the kitchen into the dining room and living room. I hate feeling isolated while I'm cooking and here I can see my family and interact with them while I'm still in the kitchen. A lot of people hate carpet and the third floor but I love the peacefulness and view from up here and the carpet is incredibly soft and clean. I look forward to living here a long time.

Great place to live!

The staff here is FANTASTIC! I have lived here for a few years and this place from outdated to updated with the new company. They have been updating the area with a way better color, new stairs, and remodeling the club house with a better gym. I love the play area for my children and the pool with a splash pad! Price is very reasonable considering the economy we are in now and the fact I have walk in closets in every room, open floor plan, and vinyl flooring makes in impossible for me to look… elsewhere.

Awful

Don't live here. They did not change the locks in my apt before I moved in as I found a key in one of the kitchen drawers. The key I found still worked along with the keys I was given. Management just said the locks were changed and basically called me a liar. If you live in the buildings off of highland ridge Dr, you're in a flood zone, but they won't disclose that information. The buildings flooded and every car in the lot was totaled.
