The staff is very helpful throughout my time here Everytime I need something or send in a maintenance request it’s taken care of In a timely manner.

Decent

Maintenance was always quick and helpful. The grounds and parking lots are not taken care of at all. It is December 28th and there are still leaves covering large portions of the parking lot and just the grounds in general look very poorly taken care of for the price I'm paying. Other than that, pretty decent place to live. Just feel like the high prices im paying to live here could be put towards better use

Convenient Student Living

I love living here, this place literally has everything. Fully furnished with SEVERAL amenities, like there is no other choice for students. Especially students coming out of the dorms, these apartments PROVIDE all the furniture you need and you don't have to spend money on getting furniture.

TOTAL JOKE DONT LIVE HERE

Poor Management,Poor Maintnence, I have lived here for a year and constantly have to put in work orders and then wait for weeks to get stuff worked on. DONT LIVE HERE
