Great place to call home!

I am so glad I found Pinegate apartments while searching for a new place to live! The management is great here and issues are resolved very quickly. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very dog friendly community. Having an attached garage is SO nice, and the complex is very well maintained. Overall, very happy with my experience here!

Previous Tenant- do not recommend

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, staff is not helpful at all and will ignore & avoid you when you attempt to contact them about an issue. Do not recommend living here.

Great apartments, amenities, and service

My fiance and I's entire experience at Pinegate was nothing but positive. Toni and Marla in the leasing office are always wonderful to work with, the pool and gym are fantastic, and the prices are fair for all of the amenities that you receive. Maintenance is incredibly friendly and prompt to any urgent matters, and outside of some general parking lot and building conditions (potholes and dirt on siding) the complex is in great shape for its age. We will be moving out in three weeks but I would… recommend Pinegate Apartments to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

Safe Enviroment

I moved to Pinegate to be closer to my family. Close to the highway and pretty much any where in Kansas City. I love that I have a garage, and washer and dryer. Great value. I feel safe that I have met such friendly neighbors who look out for each other.
