Great service, horrible pricing
I called asking about pricing because I’m looking to move from colorado back home to kc. The lady on the phone was super sweet but pricing is absurd especially with an extra $300-$400 in fees. I was hoping it would be cheaper and have more room moving back to kc but I was wrong. For this amount of square footage and amenities they should not be charging this much for the property.

Best Apartment in Mission
The locale is the perfect place to live with so many great floor plans, very nice amenities, and an awesome team that runs the place. You won’t find a better leasing office team than Charissa, Whitney, and Jillian - they are always so helpful and friendly and plan great resident events every month. Not to mention the amazing maintenance staff of Terry and John. They always keep the place (and pool) spotless and it has never taken them more than an hour to respond to my maintenance requests. Love... living here!

Noisy AC Units on Rooftop Ruin Peaceful Living on Upper Floors
There are external AC units running on the roof top. All the noise and vibration is transmitted through the ceiling and walls into your room. If you rent a place on the 4th floor, you will hear that frustrating noise pretty much all the day when your neighbors turn their AC on. I'm guessing that only particular units have this problem, but they will never tell you which units those are and you will discover it yourself after moving in. It's been 3 months since I moved in and I haven't had any... single night in complete silence. I'm literally wearing noise-cancelling headphones to keep my sanity in a place where I'm supposed to call it "home" . They offered me same floor plan but another unit on the 3rd floor with a higher price, as if it was my fault to sign a contract for a noisy apartment that they had never mentioned while they were giving me a tour. I'd highly discourage you to pick a unit on the 4th or 5th floor, unless you are absolutely sure that the unit which you are interested in doesn't get the noise. Otherwise, it's a good place to live from all aspects.
