3. The lease terms, security deposit, and included options are very flexible, and will be adjusted to meet your needs.
4. The monthly rate is fully negotiable based on your access needs, and there will also be ways to significantly lower the monthly rental rate in exchange for certain services (handyman services, pet care, etc.)
5. You must be an animal lover, and treat my pets as your own
