The complex is very pet and kid friendly, with playground equipment, a nice open area for families to play and dogs to run, and dog waste stations all around the property.
The apartments are clean and up to date, and the walls are thicker than average, so you won't be hearing your neighbors all the time!

I couldn't be happier to have moved in here. When I first moved here for school I tried to rent out a house and it was NASTY. I came here because I could not live there and the experience was incredible! They showed me what they had and we walked around the park. The apartments are gorgeous and so big for what they cost! Best place to live off campus!

Talk about dedication! I had a leak from my bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night. When I called the manager he answered right away and was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He and the maintenance guy worked for an hour or more but managed to fix the leak before they went home for the night. I have never seen such fast and efficient service, especially after 9PM. Thank you so much!!!

Canterbury courts is the best place for first time apartment havers or just living here until you can afford a home of your own. The property manger is always willing to work with you no matter what your situation is. Maintenance responds quickly to requests and all staff is very friendly. The renovations make the apartments a place you’re proud to show off. I couldn’t have picked a better place in Ottawa, KS to lease.
