Not a bad place to live. A little pricey for what all is offered but otherwise, it's fine. I would lower the price a little bit and then it would be perfect.

The Highlands is a very nice place to live. It is in a convenient location and has beautiful amenities. I have lived here for 10 years and continue to enjoy it.

Apartment has been nice to live in for years. Maintenance is always solid and does a great job any time their is any sort of issue with the apartment.

I enjoy my apartment. It's a very spacious apartment. I like the 2nd floor, I feel quite secure. I don't know my neighbors as they seem to move frequently. Since the gates on the West and East now remain open, it is easier to enter and exit.

I think the community has been great with the new management. I love how they have done special things for Mothers and Fathers Day and also having succulents to pot. The pool upgrades look nice too.
