Fox Run Apartments

I love my little apartment. My mom lived here back in the 70s and now this is my first apartment. I love the upgrades but still the touch of character with the built in book shelves and decorative fire place. This staff is always polite and friendly. Cool spot if you ask me.

I saw these apartments on here and thought they looked like exactly what I was looking for (only reason why they have 2 stars instead of 1). Unfortunately this leasing office cannot communicate effectively at all. I tried calling, no answer, I left a message, never got a call back. I then tried calling again and was met with this awful AI bot that could not understand anything. I clearly laid out what I was looking for and being out of state I was having someone else tour the apartment and they… could only go for a specific day, whoever I was talking/texting could not understand that. New owners bought the property and threw "Luxury" onto the name and renovated their offices to make it look better than it actually is and raised the rent. In the buildings they added ~1/8" carpet, and what appears to be with no padding. It clearly wasn't installed by professionals, because you can still see parts of the subfloor along the walls. The paint has streaks, and splatters the stairway and handrails because nobody bothered to put protection down before they started spraying. During… the building "renovation", maintenance left their drink bottles and food trash in the hallways for days on end. The office was informed of these incidents, but they didn't seem to care, considering their trash remained until they were done. There is a leak in our building hallway, to the point that MOLD was/is growing on the ceiling drywall. It has been brought to their attention numerous times and every time they send someone to spray it with KILZ while ignoring the actual leak. There is MOLD in the basement that has been brought to their attention without the issue being resolved, yet the maintenance ticket had been closed. Just took a tour of this property. Office staff was pleasant to deal with and property overall was quiet and clean. I would recommend this property over neighboring properties.
