Super Helpful

I am very happy with the way our landlord takes care of stuff around here. Entering maintenance requests is easy and online so I'm able to check the status of my requests. I've never had to wait longer than a few days (2-3) to get my requests taken care of unless I specifically requested they come by later. Friendly neighbors and super close to a little playground that's walkable if the playground in the complex courtyard isn't your thing. Overall very happy living here.

Horrible place too stay

The whole apt complex is falling apart, the stairs too my complex outside is near too collapsing! The insides seem nice, with their updated chesp "hard wood floor" good luck getting decent maintenance work, had a leak in my roof took em three trys after me complaining about it multiple times for em too patch it poorly the third! By the way I've been paying my rent on time every time for the past two years, but for some reason they won't resign my lease! This complex is terrible if I was you I'd… think of somewhere else!! Coming from a current resident! Don't do it they aren't worth it!

Love the place!

I like how the complex is set up. All the buildings are in a square and create a little court yard with grass and there is a play ground out there too. There isnt a pool or a gym, but that is okay because the rent is really cheap for the area! I love that there a kids playing outside, and everyone seems very trustworthy. My kid has had her toys out in the "yard" all summer and none of them have been stolen. The basements have storage rooms that come with the apartment. We all have assigned… parking spots which is amazing! The manager is a good guy too, he really looks out for the residents and is very helpful. He lives in the complex so if you need him for anything he is always around. I would stay if they only accepted dogs. That is the one draw back.
