Perfect location and excellent management

I just completed a move to Brookfield and have been so impressed with how smooth the leasing process was and how attentive the entire staff has been to helping me get settled in, and the maintenance staff is top notch! Thanks so much to everyone at Brookfield Village Apts.!

Awesome Place

Apartments are large for the price. Maintenance guys are always nice and fast to respond to emails and calls. Quiet area and neighbors.

Wonderful Place to Call Home

I have lived at Brookfield Village Apartments for almost a year and will be adding another year to that. I love it here. I feel that this is my home while in Topeka, KS. The manager, Jody, is so wonderful! She's friendly and helpful. The office offers assistance with copies and faxing for free. They provide us with free poo bags for our dogs and there's always treats for our pets or ourselves. We had a Grand Opening for the new Dog Park and they offered pup-cakes and cookies and nail… trimming for our dogs. There was a drawing for prizes and neighbors meeting each other as we watched our dogs run around playing with each other. The apartments are so clean and comfortable. It really feels like home. Each apartment has an outside separate entrance with a deck. Washers and dryers are available inside each apartment and there is so much closet space for storage. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained all year long. My neighbors are so friendly and nice. The apartments are down the street from shopping and close to downtown. This is a great place to call home!

Awesome Doesn't Even Begin To Describe It

Living at Brookfield Village is an amazing experience. Living in west Topeka is really living in the heart of Kansas's capital city. Being here you are never more than 10 minutes from great restaurants (both chains and local places) and top flight entertainment options. There is even a winery with free weekly tastings nearby!

As far as the apartment goes, it's spacious and well appointed. The rental office is always highly responsive to things that go wrong, even after business hours. There are… affordable laundry options in the buildings and I've never had a problem parking.

Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Live here and you won't regret it!
