Most of our units include washer and dryer hookups, all kitchen… appliances, and comfortable bedroom space. Southbrook is also partnering with the Southwest YMCA to provide our residents with the best gym access in Topeka for a fraction of the cost.

Great Location

This property is located off a quiet street. It's really close to Wanamaker and my job. Most neighbors keep to themselves. They have alot of units for a really great price.

Peaceful Place for Family

I love that it is close to shopping areas, it is a nice area with quiet atmosphere. The staff are very caring and compassionate, maintenance gets things fixed quickly.

Awesome place to live!

Totally recommend! Maintenance is on top of work orders, office staff is always nice during in office visits or phone calls. Nice place to live whether long or short term

Staff is kind and helpful

Staff really goes above and beyond to try and help residents. Have had no issues since new management came into play, managers are working really hard to clean up property and make it an enjoyable place to live!

Management rude!

Management very rude and argumentative. If you try and explain anything manager doesn't want to hear it, she is quick to argue with you versus being helpful. If you are renting any kind of low income or subsidized unit you are under constant scrutiny for your housekeeping or anything of the like. They will threaten lease violations if they come in and you have a sink full of dishes. They do not fix anything appropriately, nor update anything that has been in the apartment for any length of time.… They would rather charge you to fix something then take care of something that is outdated. These apartments are outrageously priced, and everything is outdated. Save your money and find somewhere better!
