Electricity outage How do Weight 2 1/2 hours for someone to hit the outside power box. In the middle of the night and in summer irritating.

Lease renewal experience Everything was fine until the last page when it came to the automatic sign up for the renter's insurance. (you call it something else) I had to go through a whole rigamarole to decline the coverage. It was very annoying and time consuming. It should not be automatic. I almost missed it because it was the last page. Very sneaky. My suggestion going forward is that you make it optional so the tenant just checks a box-yes to be enrolled or no- I already have coverage and… provide a space for the name of the insurance carrier and policy number. Other than that it was fine. The staff here at Auburn Hills was very helpful with the process.

Great apartments! Great and friendly staff. The maintenance guys are quick and always polite! Things get fixed quickly. Office always has answers to questions and if it find the answer out fast for you!
