I moved here in August of 2018 and I’ve had nothing but problem after problem. Started out with my sliding door glass being broken by the neighbors the day of move in so my move in date was delayed. There was a big hole above my shower, broken kitchen sink, missing kitchen drawer and so much more. I complained and complained just to have things slowly fixed half way. My washer hadn’t been able to spin for 2 months so I squeeze all the access water out because I have small kids and it costs about… $30 to wash enough for 2 weeks. A few days ago my sink got clogged so I called the office to have maintenance come out and he poured drano and left, I unscrewed all the pipes under the sink and cleaned each piece and repaired it myself because I got tired of looking at the filth when I told the apartment manager she proceed to respond with “do you do maintenance?” Because they need maintenance people! Today my heat went out so I called in like normal and had a guy from “corporate” come out but he never returned. I was left in a cold house with a 1 year old and 5 year old to freeze all night. So when I say this apartment complex is HORRIBLE I mean it! And not to mention the two mouses and unlimited amount of roaches in the apartment! I’ve caught both mouses myself and still can’t get rid of the roach problem so when I can finally move I have to get new furniture just to ensure I don’t take any little critters with me! When I asked the apartment manager to void my lease early she went to her policy stating that I have to give a 60 day notice pay my rent during that period as well as the added fees of breaking the lease having everything come out to well over 2,000 plus all the expenses of moving.
