Was here for a year, and I’ve never lived in a better apartment. The landlord is second to none. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone I know.

The Landlord, John, has always treated his tenants like royalty here. I had an accident here once and he cared and still cares more about my well being than any property damage. He still asks how my injuries have healed and if I have any issues with them. He has also gone out of his way to fix any problems in the apartment, including unscrewing a stubborn light bulb for me once, so I could change it.

My apartments are in the perfect location. It's 5 minutes from Towne East Mall and 10 minutes from downtown Wichita. It's the perfect size. It's a small community and most of the neighbors know each other. Locked outer doors and quiet!! Love my apartment!!

highland square apartments is the best apartment in the world. The nicest manager ,great location, safe place to live, great price ,lots of storage, great floor plan close to everything you need. Just a great place to live.
