Love it here

The property management team is great and really takes care of us. It is close to a lot of great downtown spots and within walking distance of a lot of the things that make Wichita a wonderful place to live.

Lived here 10 years

Quiet building with friendly people. Love the management and maintenance staff who are always quick to respond. Nice common areas both inside and out including grill space and a doggie park. Worth a look if you want to try out down town living.

Innes Station is wonderful!

I have lived at Innes Station for 4 years, and I absolutely love the social environment of the complex and convenient location! Perry Reid is a reliable management company, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The historical parts of the building that have been kept make it unique. Definitely would recommend this complex and management company!

Wonderful spot to live in Old Town!

We have lived at Innes for 4 years and it has been a great experience each year. Our 2 bedroom has tons of space and we don't see ourselves leaving anytime soon! Lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance as well!

Fun Living Experience Downtown

Innes Station is a great place to live. It’s affordable and is the perfect location in Old Town. The community is also amazing. If you want the perfect downtown living experience, consider this property!
