Highly recommend!

Innes Station is a beautiful place to live! They are wonderfully maintained apartments with great and helpful management. The apartments are unique and offer great natural light in the heart downtown for that city feel! Would highly recommend

Great Spot - Particularly Good Mgmt Team

Was only at Innes Station for a short period but I genuinely liked both the apartment and in particular the management team. I had unplanned circumstances change my tenancy and I worked with the team there to help coordinate all of that unplanned change in a short time. Professional and helpful both. Many good things to say about them.

Love it here

The property management team is great and really takes care of us. It is close to a lot of great downtown spots and within walking distance of a lot of the things that make Wichita a wonderful place to live.

Lived here 10 years

Quiet building with friendly people. Love the management and maintenance staff who are always quick to respond. Nice common areas both inside and out including grill space and a doggie park. Worth a look if you want to try out down town living.

Innes Station is wonderful!

I have lived at Innes Station for 4 years, and I absolutely love the social environment of the complex and convenient location! Perry Reid is a reliable management company, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The historical parts of the building that have been kept make it unique. Definitely would recommend this complex and management company!
