I moved in October 2024. From the time I moved in I have been treated with the best customer service possible. The new managers Aarika and Lisa are so great, They make it a point to provide great customer service to all their tenants, with emails and texts. They notify the tenants of special events like the Halloween party, pool party and so on. When it comes to maintenance their service staff goes above and beyond to resolve the problem. They care about the safety of their tenants at all times... . The apartment complex has access to a large lake and great club house and very easy rent payment options. I moved in here a little under two years ago when I moved out of a very toxic living situation. The managers and agents were all incredibly helpful in getting my adjusted and we’re more than understanding of it being my first time out on my own. The new managers who’ve taken over have been truly helpful in trying to make this a nice place to live. I’ve never had any issues living here other than the normal apartment living problems. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I've lived at Kingston Cove since 2010. This place was once a dream to live at! The lake, the staff, the residents! Now almost 9 years later I simply cannot wait to move out! Maintenance is different every other week because Fidelity their employees crap compared to other apartment complexes. So jobs get done half way and not very well. The grounds use to be very well kept, now I feel like I'm living in junk. The grass is infested with stickers BEYOND STICKERS!! The pool is extremely poorly kept... . It was closed half of the summer because none knew how to care for it!! It was extremely embarrassing to watch. I will never ever recommend my friends to live here. Even if I get a free months rent. Let's not mention the poor excuse for our laundry machines! I had to PERSONALLY call to have out dryers fixed after a YEAR of being broken. It is sad to watch this place go down. Read More

Kingston Cove is an excellent place to live and spend your days, as it is a quiet space, well located and relaxing, plus it has fast and efficient services if there is a problem in your apartment and not to mention the good treatment and by the Office staff, it really is an excellent place to live ...

I love living by the water in my apartment at Kingston Cove. I am able to feed the ducks and geese from my balcony. The maintenance crew is very quick and efficient. It is so peaceful here.
