AC ISSUES

Currently fighting an AC issue here--which is a real shame since we love it here otherwise.

We've had maintenance over MULTIPLE times to look at the AC as our apartment has been getting to over 82° despite running literally all day at 68°. Each time we've just been told: "It's working as it should--this building is just old and badly insulated."

So, if you're looking to move here, definitely don't do high floors since, apparently, you're just going to be miserable the entire summer and there's... nothing they're going to do.

Best place I've ever lived.

Valene and Vanessa are amazing property managers. The Complex is well lit, clean, people are very nice and welcoming. Even when I broke off my engagement and needed to break my lease they worked with me and were very understanding. They treat you like a human being instead of just another income stream. I can't say enough about this place. The first week I moved in they were having a chili cookoff. It was so cool to be part of a community like that. I'm moving back as soon as I can.
