**New management (as of 2026) took and extra months rent and no word on the deposit back**

Apartment itself was fine, management has been terrible since the new company took over. I moved out in April of 26, now it’s almost July and I don’t have my deposit back, I was charged rent “accidentally” the month AFTER I moved out, and I’ve called 12 times trying to get my rent for that month back and my deposit. I keep getting the runaround every time I call and I’ve gotten nowhere. They said they... sent a check, then that it was sent to the wrong address, then that someone didn’t know they were supposed to have written the check. Yami is very kind and caring and it shows in the living here. The staff makes it welcoming, homey, and safe. It is very quiet and peaceful.

There is room for improvement. all the additional fees are not worth what are added to our rent. Grounds are clean and the new maintenance team is great. Location is nice and close to Bradley fair and Dillions.

Don't rent here. The office doesn't communicate, maintenance doesn't actually get anything done, and communal areas are poorly maintained. I shouldn't have renewed my lease, don't move here
