Tall Oaks Apartments

for a management company, the staff in the leasing office here does not have the required people skills.
I'm in the process of moving to Wichita and I went to them for information, the two women at the front desk were rude, talking among themselves, giving only one word answers to my questions and there was not even a smile on their face when I went in or during the whole conversation. I felt I was bothering them with my presence and that my visit was unwelcome. It was not even noon yet!
I was... referred to these apartments by a colleague who lives there, but based on this encounter, I'm going to continue looking for a new place.
In my opinion, forget about the high level management, but they should at least send these two front desk employees to some basic training in etiquette. Read More

I have had a year lease here which is over in 1 month and I love it! The neighbors are very polite and respectful. The complex is also a 10 minute walk from the university which is also a plus! Also not far from shopping centre and food! The management is very professional and polite. They always fix things no more than 2 days after I report it if not the same day! I would renew if not for me having to relocate!
