The Avante is a clean, attractive, and well-maintained community, and the maintenance staff has always been courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, my overall living experience has been disappointing. Despite being a non-smoking property, marijuana odors are common in the evenings, and ongoing noise issues from neighboring apartments significantly impacted my ability to enjoy my home. While management was polite when concerns were reported, I did not feel that the underlying issues were... effectively resolved. For the price of rent, I expected stronger enforcement of community policies and a quieter living environment. Because of these experiences, I have decided not to renew my lease.

All staff very friendly & accommodating. Work orders completed in a timely manner. Anytime something breaks around the property fixed very fast. Love all the various amenities.

The Avante is my first apartment and I can say I’ve fallen in love with this place. The surrounding location is very convenient and in a clean community. Very excited for the upcoming strip mall with walking access to restaurants and dental office which is a huge plus. Best apartment in the Wichita area hands down.
