All staff very friendly & accommodating. Work orders completed in a timely manner. Anytime something breaks around the property fixed very fast. Love all the various amenities.

The Avante is my first apartment and I can say I’ve fallen in love with this place. The surrounding location is very convenient and in a clean community. Very excited for the upcoming strip mall with walking access to restaurants and dental office which is a huge plus. Best apartment in the Wichita area hands down.

Amazing Apartments!!

This is such a beautiful community with cool amenities for the residents to use! We were very much set on moving in here, however, we did have to relocate for work. The office staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend this community to anyone!
