Awesome management and reasonable prices

I moved to Wichita for work and had just one week to find a place to stay. After checking out six other complexes and almost losing home I stumbled upon this location The Landing l! I love the location, the design of the common spaces, as well as the apartment itself. The pricing is SUPER reasonable, especially when compared to other places nearby. The staff, particularly Marcie is probably the hardest-working leasing manager I have ever encountered in my life. She has everything under control… and is really easy to reach if I have any concerns. She makes things happen. They even have a dog park for all of us fur baby parents lol. But as long as I live in Wichita and The landing keeps up this standard, I have absolutely no reason to sign a lease with any other apartment complex.

Best apartments in Wichita

I love my apartment!! Can’t wait for the pool to open. Office staff has been great to work with, maintenance stays on top of everything. Highly recommend living here!

Nice and quiet

This place has been good while I have been here. I have lived in other apartments with a lot of problems and this place seems to actually care and fix them

Great Experience!

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Landing at Woodlawn Tower! The staff made my move-in process smooth and stress-free, which really helped me feel welcome from the start. They’ve always been friendly, responsive, and ready to help with any questions or concerns I’ve had.

The maintenance team has also been fantastic. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and always professional. It’s been a pleasure working with them, and it really gives me peace of mind… knowing they are so reliable.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here, and I’m so glad I chose The Landing at Woodlawn Tower as my home!
