The Residences at Linwood

Had a not so good experience with the management. My dad wanted to have a family dinner at the apt club house.which was really nice but ran into a problem there was a so called problem with the alarm system and was told that we were not allowed to have the dinner unless it was during work hrs. I explained to her that those hrs would not work. I asked what was the problem and she said Because of the security system only accepting the employee code i asked if it was possible that one of the… employees could come after we were done just to put the code in.but they were not willing to work with us. The manager however said that she would call the alarm system company. But could not promise that they would get anyone out needless to say my dad or myself never received a call back. So i had to call again. To see if the problem would be fixed and of Course it was not. When you pay your rent on time you would think that you would have access when u need to use the amenities. Rude employees lazy don't fix anything shoddy repairs other tenants are rude kids run around without supervision throwing rocks/sticks at cars "drug free community " people getting high on their porches all the time

For a single mother of two young boys just looking for a simple two bedroom apartment, the apartment we have isnt bad at all. free cable and washer and dryer included. it took an act of congress to get in to it because of all the paper work but i am happy to live there. Plus my sons school is literally right down the street so i can just walk him to school.

I absolutely love my apartment! Its a one bedroom, central heat and air, all electric, AND FREE cable!!! It comes with a stackable washer and dryer. I pay the electric and water bill. They pay the trash. We have storage space in the basement. We have a club house with computers, internet, and TVs. You can rent the club house for a small deposit that you get back. It has a kitchen with a fridge and stove and a table. These apartments are GREAT deal and have been remodeled. New carpets and tile,… newly painted walls. I love my apartment! Read More
