Thin Walls

Pros and cons:

Love this place!

I moved out last year and I miss Cave Mill so much! I moved for my job and the apartment I’m in now is nice, and has all the bells and whistles, but not near as homey. It doesn’t have that personal touch and that extra something that Cave Mill Management had. Location was key for me and this was it. I really lucked out here.

Great location, awesome staff, quality homes

I have lived in Cave Mill for several years. The location is great. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient, and helpful. The townhomes are very nice: garage, lots of space, privacy, comfort. Kitchens are huge for apartment-living. I recommend Cave Mill.

A Place You Wanna Call Home (Name Correction)

I’ve lived at Cave Mill Apartments for little over a year now. And I can say it’s a perfect place to call home. I live in the Cascade Model and it is absolutely perfect for a one person, and the balcony size is one of my favorite features. But another reason that makes Cave Mill such a wonderful place to live is the property manager, Trinity, assistant, Jennifer and the rest of the staff!! They are always fast to respond if I ever have a question or concern. And when something maintenance needs... to done, they are right on it! Lastly the location is great! Kroger, the mall, Walmart, target, and TONS of restaurants are literally at our front door. I could seriously go on! But Cave Mill is seriously a great place to choose to live and make home!
