New Move-in

Just moved into the Fairways at Hartland apartments and so far everything’s great! This community is in a tucked away, quiet location with nice neighbors and a very clean atmosphere. Kelli and Madison from the office have answered all my questions with great depth and support, giving me a really good experience applying for and moving into these apartments. Kelli knows pretty much everyone in the community and really wants all of her tenets to feel welcomed and comfortable here.

A welcoming experience

My fiancée and I are so excited to be new renters at the Fairways. Our whole introduction and leasing process has been so wonderful and stress-free. Kelli has been helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. Truly looking forward to our new home.

Do Not Move Here

I had a hole in my back patio door frame for a year. They kept saying work order was completed or didn't bother putting a new request in. Took literally with high electric bills for them to fix it. I had 3 floods In a year from a tub valve, washer hose and water heater. On the 3rd flood I wanted to cancel my lease. They said they would reduce the penalty from 2400 to 1200. At whatever cost, do not move here.

Excellent apartment complex with great people and services!

Fairways at Hartland is an excellent apartment complex. The management, and maintenance personnel are exceptional. They always make you feel welcome and any issues you have they make a priority to fix. They host events for the tenants and make you feel welcome. Bingo night was fun! I have lived here since January and highly recommend this apartment complex! 5 stars!

Staff is friendly

Staff is very friendly and maintenance is also very friendly and fast..any issues i have had with things breaking have been taken care of in a quick and professional manner and have also witnessed on multiple occasions maint taking trash to the dumpster for elderly renters
