Greenhaven Apartments ALL UTILITIES PAID!

Lived here since November 2021 and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to move here! My apt is super nice and newly remodeled! The ladies is the office are also great and very professional

This place is awful and I mean awful. Don’t be fooled by the utilities being included. You will sleep with roaches and spiders even if they come by and spray. YOU CANT HAVE A WELCOME MAT. It smells like MOLD. I have first degree burns from the shower. It will randomly get hot. The sinks don’t work. The AC AND HEAT DOES NOT WORK. Everything they do is a bare minimum fix. The landlord is VERY rude. Their was a drive by and she wouldn’t do anything. The cameras are for show. The other residents are… rude and always cracked out. They don’t fully clean the apartments for new residents. Mold! Smells (like second hand smoke) come from other apartments. They refuse to uphold their policy regarding this. If you complain, they will break your lease so they don’t have to fix the problem or cause conflict with the heavy smokers. Other smells - everything in the kitchen. They say they work with police to make the place better. At the same time, they fail to actually deal with real problems. They lie: I’ve never seen security… drive by at night. Low lighting in parking lots at night. The neighborhood watch is near non-existent. And all the lures to pull you in are just that ... pretty words. As of this time, they have access to your mailbox. These people suck. We hadn't even been accepted, Sarah said she wen't ahead and sent in our applications. Why?
Not sure, our old land lord couldn't be contacted. We had an option of either paying up front for the full 12 months,
or having someone cosign for us. We told her we had found a place and thanks anyway. Sarah said, great! Send us $30
for application processing and we'll refund your deposit to your card! Hope that puts the icing on the cake for your decision.
