Horrible

This place is a joke if you have a problem with your apartment good luck because management sure isn't going to help you. I've been trying to get out of my lease now for a while. I went to the office on December the 26th and waited from 8:44am till 9:55am and she never showed up even though her hours state that the office open at 9am. My mom seen her that day and she stated I would have to come in the 27th because she wasn't in the office that day. I came to the office the next morning on the… 28th at 9:30 her car was there and the lights were on but she was no where to be found. I then came back on my lunch break at 3:20pm and she stated that her computer wasn't working and she could not print the paper for me. My grandparents went to her and asked for a paper saying that this was true and she refused. She told them that she would post it on our door. It is now December 29th and still no paper on our door and no care from her. We are taking pictures and documenting everything.
