    Minor red flags

    I was told this unit was vacant for quiet sometime prior to me moving in but there was so much built up dirt that i missed during the walkthrough and when i tried to reach out to someone, i didn’t get a response. My hot water is BROWN, and there are centipedes everywhere in my apartment. Building maintenance and pet owners aren’t as thorough with the cleaning as I hoped. You can literally smell the urine in the elevator, because the carpet isn’t being cleaned. I am usually not one to complain,… and overall i kind of feel like i would love it here as time goes on but i am not sure.
