Minor red flags
I was told this unit was vacant for quiet sometime prior to me moving in but there was so much built up dirt that i missed during the walkthrough and when i tried to reach out to someone, i didn’t get a response. My hot water is BROWN, and there are centipedes everywhere in my apartment. Building maintenance and pet owners aren’t as thorough with the cleaning as I hoped. You can literally smell the urine in the elevator, because the carpet isn’t being cleaned. I am usually not one to complain,... and overall i kind of feel like i would love it here as time goes on but i am not sure.

Karrie was great and I love my new place!
I inquired about the apartment Friday, looked at it Saturday, and moved in Wednesday. Karrie (regional) was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The view of the river and the city skyline is incredible. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
