Not Worth it
The online photos are a great decoy compared to the reality of living on the property. Management is rude and will place you into an unready unit with cheap flooring and paint and known broken issues only to lower vacancy. Maintenance goes months before completing a service request but will close the ticket out to “clear the queue”. Yards are full of dog poop. No place for kids to play. Employees are nosey and watch your every move to report to management. Pest. So many pests including mice and... termites. Car break ins. No sidewalk. No street lights leading to the main road. Windows and balconies do not have screens and aren’t secure. Electrical issues. Plumbing issues. Dry rot. Mold. Do NOT recommend.
