Wonderful

Lived here for almost 1 year and absolutely loved the location and the river views. The building is modern and has wonderful appliances. Sad to be leaving as I am moving to another city!

Prime Location and Modern Look

Lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved the location and the river views. The building is super modern and has wonderful appliances and finishes. Great area, super walkable and with tons of events happening in town! Very close to downtown Cincinnati. Management was great and maintenance was on top of things!

Beautiful Setting and Modern Amenities

If you're looking for a place that offers the perfect combination of location, modern amenities, and an incredible living experience, consider Gateway Flats. One of the standout features of living here was Sean, the attentive and professional manager. From the application process to maintenance requests handled by Coy, the staff is responsive, friendly, and committed to ensuring residents have the best living experience possible.

Fantastic location

If you’re looking for a great location to live within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Cincinnati ? This is your place. I lived here a full year while my new home was being built.
Management and maintenance are super responsive and address any issue quickly. Highly recommend

Great Area, Helpful Management, Awesome Stay

Lived here for about 2 and a half years, and I have nothing but good memories. The location is excellent, Bellevue and Dayton are both flourishing and the central location between the two towns makes it so easy to experience the great restaurants, events, and experiences the community has to offer. You definitely can't beat the river view and the profile of the city skyline either.

The apartment itself was fantastic, all new appliances, modern fixtures, and maintenance was always super fast at... helping you out with no hassle whatsoever. Management was always super willing to throw us a bone if we ever needed anything, and they were always doing their best to put on programming, offer neighborhood deals, etc. My fiance and I are gonna miss this place a lot, and we can't say enough good things about our experience here. If this is in your budget and you're looking for a solid mix of small-town and urban living, look no further.
