Great property and management

Do not hesitate to rent here! The property itself is great, fresh, modern, clean. The building manager, Sean, is amazing. He is super responsive and helpful and runs the building well. He helped us with an issue during the leasing process and went way above and beyond to help us.
The area is nice and quiet, off the main street with a beautiful river view.

A great, quiet place to live

We’ve been living here for months, and this is definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived. We’ve had a couple small maintenance requests, but everything was fixed within a day. The property manager works hard and takes into account resident feedback, and the main maintenance guy is really friendly and very talented at handiwork. We’ve never had any issues with noise. The apartment is also very accommodating to pets as long as they’re well-behaved and you take care of them.

Great management!

I lived here for a year 2024-2025 and loved the location. Great views of the river and right in the heart of the Bellevue/Dayton business district with lots of cute shops. The property management (Sean) is on point and quick to respond to any issues. Professional and polite staff.

Great Management and Stay

Lived here for about 2.5 years and would definitely recommend anyone looking to live close to the city to live here. Professional management and great community as well.

Wonderful

Lived here for almost 1 year and absolutely loved the location and the river views. The building is modern and has wonderful appliances. Sad to be leaving as I am moving to another city!
