Disappointed with the overall experience
I had high hopes for Buffalo Ridge Townhomes, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and several concerns have gone unresolved. For a new construction community, I expected better organization and follow through. I hope management works on improving responsiveness and overall resident experience moving forward.

I love my apartment. I moved from out of town and the staff has been so helpful. My home feels so comfortable and I love my attached garage.

Luxury Advertising, Affordable Housing Quality
This community is not luxury. Plumbing issues, HVAC problems, mold, and shoddy construction are common. Maintenance is slow and ineffective. Management is unprofessional, and staff culture is toxic. I would not recommend moving here.
