To each their own
To start the establishment is beautiful, I'd love to live there. Unfortunately, trying to get ahold of the office was awful experience. Would be on hold for 30- 45 minutes just to end up hanging up due to no answer. Was informed my application would be reviewed and id hear something back within 24-48 hours. It took 2 weeks. I always had to call to inquire just be told still no update, but this is needed if you can do it, why wasn't i called to be informed i need that information? In person the... office staff was semi nice. But over the phone seemed like my inquiries didn't matter, and they would seem upset about me not having further information for them they didn't provide to me in the first place. Over-all, i would love to live here but fear i would not receive contact with anyone about any of my home issues, nor be able to contact to pay any rent over the phone.
