Fountains at cool springs

I have enjoyed my time living here! Property is always clean and leasing/maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue. I'm excited for the new clubhouse being built!

Highly recommended

I’m having a great experience living at The Fountains. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The landscaping and overall environment give a really nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The management team has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and that really makes a big difference.

The location is also very convenient, close to shopping areas, restaurants... , and everything you need for daily life. Parking is easy, and the neighborhood feels safe.

Overall, I would definitely recommend The Fountains to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live. It’s been a positive experience for me.

Great Apartments!

I’ve lived here for about five months and it’s been great! Upon moving in, the apartment was undamaged and clean. Maintenance is quick to complete any requests. The property manager is very quick to respond and handles any concerns with respect and discretion. I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone!
