This property is beautiful! I love the nature feel! It is safe, not close to major highways, but also 5 minutes from downtown Etown! Super family friendly, and also pet friendly with a huge dog park!

Lived here for a year and loved everything about this property.
Management: Julie and Regina are the best. Whenever I had an issue or concern, they get right on it. I did not have many.
Maintenace staff always respectful and address issues timely.
Secure with property surveillance everywhere. Safe and quiet space to live, relax and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature sounds.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for these perks. Most importantly the onsite 24-hour... gym, weight room, valet trash service and a pool that will stay open into October. Love, love, love this property. Hate to leave and will miss it. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This apartment complex is a well organized and peaceful place to live. We come to Ft. Knox, KY every summer for Cadet Summer Training. I am here for 4 months (May-Aug). The length of training in a place other than your home can be hectic. Winding Springs offers short term leasing at a very affordable price. The apartment comes furnished with extravagant furnishings, not cheaply made. The staff is wonderful, caring, and accommodating to our needs. Regina and Julie are the best. These ladies... ensure our stay at Winding Springs is relaxing and drama free. I would not consider another place to live for the summer. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
