Steer Clear

The reviews alone are enough to make people turn tail and run. My personal experience is that there is a lot of cockiness in the manager and inability to appeal to their potential future residents. We have options and we will definitely be selecting somewhere else where we feel respected and valued as future tenants.

Potholes damage cars

I was considering moving here, but after a short drive through the community, I changed my mind! You can't even get down the hill to the complex without hitting 3 potholes unless you take a risk and drive on the wrong side of the road. Once you get down the hill, the potholes become road craters. I blew out a tire on one of them! In addition to all the road craters, building exteriors are dirty. Clearly the property manager doesn't care at all about the property and making it look nice. I'll… live elsewhere, somewhere that won't tear up my car

I’m sorry you feel this way !! And yes we would have loved to talk to you and explained why we have some parking lot issues !! Unfortunately the heaviness of the garbage trucks and some waterlines have made bad spots in certain areas of our parking… lots !! But we are working hard to get this resolved!! We also work hard Dailey to keep this property safe & clean !! You will not find any trash on are grounds !! We pride ourselves in making sure we keep it picked up everyday !! Most of our residents know and have been respectfully patient, about the parking lot issues and we gratefully appreciate this !! To say The manager doesn’t care is totally not very fair !! Please don’t make accusation that are not true !! I guess if you can write a very unfair in my opinion, review of my character!! Then I have the right to comment & respond to you as well !! Sorry you blew out a tire !! I drive the community daily and have never had any issues !! The speed limit is 10 mile hour !! So I don’t know how you blew out a tire if you where going the speed limit!! Again I’m sorry you felt so angry snd upset !! I most certainly don’t want visitors to fell this way !! Rotten lemon

Very poor maintenance. The property manager is never in the office a full day. They're open 9-5 but you might see her from 10-4 or 3 depending on the day. The constantly have water issues. The parking lot is full of pot holes from the water issues and everything they fix is half assed. My doors fell off the hinge because of use of wrong screws, my tub sink and even toilet was spray painted! It wasn't noticeable until I moved in and started using the water, causing the paint to peel and chip. The… issues go on and on.

Who ever you may-be, If you would just come and talk to me or call and report your maintenance issues, we take pride in taking care of all our Resident issues. This is absolutely not true. Anyone who lives here knows that i am very responsible in… taking action in resolving issues and making sure our Tenant work orders are completed. Even our Maintenance staff make sure we get our work done and Honestly, It is a little juvenile for who -ever this is to try to slander and diminish my character & the reputation of my company and the community we work at. Sorry , But if you can say and write a review that is so false. Then I have the right to respond. Our Maintenance here is Top Notch. Please if you still live here and you have a work order, Just let us know we do them daily. and we absolutely do not just let things go.
Again. all you have to do , is call in a work order and we will come and resolve any maintenance issue you may have. Sincerely Management, Melissa

Terrible management

Haven't lived here, but I went and spoke with someone about renting and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. Very condescending and rude, do not expect a nice visit if you come here to speak with anyone. Lady needs a serious attitude check.

Sorry to who ever wrote this. not sure why you thought we or I was rude, not sure what the situation was. or what your situation was. but I am never rude to people.
we currently are not allowing people to just walk in our office , because of the… covid.
If i can in anyway help you , please just give me a call. or stop by and knock on door and i will try my best to answer any question that you may have about our community. again , I am sorry if you where having a bad day. and somehow misunderstood me. Great Peaceful place to live

I have lived at Eagle Ridge Townhomes for like 6 years. This is the best i have ever seen it. The new Manager Melissa has been here for like almost 2 years now and has done a amazeing job . She is firm, and has great ideals for the property, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live here. The prices are really reasonable and when i call in a work order the maintenance guys always come and do a great job.. Not to mention that it has changed for the better, no hanging out in the parking… lots here. she will not allow it. And the parents have to watch there kids, they are not allowed to run rampid thru-out the community . they have to play on there back patio that they rent or go to the play area... ground. And that way i dont have 10 kids sitting on my front entryway when i get home. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.
