Feels like a hidden gem

Florence is so busy, right by the airport, and there's a lot of hustle & bustle. It's really nice to feel tucked out of the way but still be so close to everything. I've never seen somewhere that every apartment has its own garage before usually they cost an arm and a leg extra

Great place to live

So nice to live in a regular neighborhood. this must be the only community I have ever lived in that was surrounded by regular homes. Really great property maintained well and the staff are very nice.

Amazing

Great community. Landscaping is nice and the pool is great. The people who work there seem to care and work hard to make things happen. They did my work order in a couple hours and even texted me to ask how it went.

I love it

Good staff big apartments with attached garages. Detached garages too if you need 2. Nice pool and new gym equipment. They even have a community garden.

Wonderful

Excellent community. Big homes with attached garages. Good price point in the Ryle district. Very close to Kroger and all the restaurants.
