These apartments are not pet friendly. Even when offered double the deposit, the owner/manager says they no longer allow pets. The appliances are substandard. Configuration of some closets does not allow for hanging clothes. In the winter, the unit stays warm, but the thermometer and furnace controls are difficult to regulate. There are too many non-working electrical outlets and some light fixtures blow through bulbs much faster than they should. But it is the lack of a first floor bathroom... that makes this townhouse a loser. Also, there seems to be a lot of standing water for days after a rain.
