We had nothing but problems living here. We stayed through our lease, and moved out January 2020, and are still dealing with it!!

The office is impossible to get ahold of, they don’t care about the people living here. We were without air every other week for 3 months!! They refused to replace it. At one point our apartment was 100 degrees with the windows open. The people that lived all around us smoked in the building and our apartment always smelled… like smoke, even our belongings. The people below us had 4 cars parked all the time and never moved them-two of them didn’t even run.

When we moved out, they told us our apartment was in great condition, but then they sent us a letter saying we wouldn’t get our deposit back because of stains on the carpet. These “stains” were underneath where our furniture was. We then got a letter saying we owed over $1000 more for the carpet. I lived at The Woods a few years back and never had a problem. I’m hoping to move back after giving up my home as I miss being surrounded by nature the most. The manager is very pleasant and kind and I hope it will be my new forever home.

Been here for several years. They are very slow with maintenance requests, then have to be called multiple times before something is actually fixed. Overall the quality of the units is very poor, be ready for $250 heating bills in winter. Problem residents get warning after warning, but never any actual consequences for breaking lease agreements. The cost in these run down units goes up every year, even though quality has dropped through the floor. Would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. The management here is extremely unprofessional, and argumentative about everything. After paying $1300 to terminate my lease from this horrible place I received a $600 bill four months later. If you ever have an issue the office management will turn it around to where it is all of a sudden your fault, not their problem. Don't bother referring a friend for $100 off of rent because they will never give it to you. New management is… desperately needed. Read More
