I have lived here since November 2024. When I did my walk-through prior to moving in, I reported that the refrigerator was leaking water onto the tray and into the crisper doors maintenance came to fix this supposedly since then I have entered five requests to have the refrigerator freezer repaired I’ve been told that the knobs are opposite of what they should be for controlling the temperature been told not to block the center of the freezer. I’ve been told not to fill it too full most recently… I was told that the temperature on both knobs needed to be at a warmer setting and doing that my food was not staying at a good temperature. I have had to twice chisel ice from the floor of the freezer and I have to keep a bowl in my refrigerator to catch the dripping water. I would not recommend living here unless you know how to repair things yourself. I do have to say the maintenance man that has come to my apartment is extremely friendly and is helpful as he is allowed to be. I know his hands are tied by by the community guidelines. Maintenance is terrible! Called one evening due to coming home and finding multiple water leaks in ceiling. Hallway ceiling light fixture full of water from leak. Maintenance guy just took cover off light fixture and drained the water. I don’t think water and electricity goes well together but he wasn’t concerned since a football game was coming on.

Good size apartments, amenities getting upgraded, location is great, quiet community

I've lived here a little over 4 years. The staff is great and quick to resolve any issues. Rent is reasonable, especially considering the location, and the annual rent increase has been minimal. I love having the convenience of the pool in the summers and a FREE gym 24 hours a day! Oh...and you can bring your pets, which is not always the case with rental properties.
