Why I live here!

I have lived in the Quail Hollow Apts. for 11 years now. The management is fantastic, everything is taken care of in a very timely manner. With the location in Ft. Mitchell, it is a very nice setting and a great location to live in. The rent is quite reasonable too.

TERRIBLE.

There was black mold coming out of my AC within the first month. By the third month, my fridge had broke. Had to throw away groceries four times in a month due to spoilage. They refused to fix both issues and blamed me. NEVER RENT HERE.

Amazing

I absolutely love living here. I’m 25 and have lived here for over 2 years. I started out in a one bedroom and I loved it! I moved to a 2 bedroom with a balcony when my fiancé moved in. The maintenance men are great, and nothing shy of that, they are quick to visit and quick to resolve the issue. I feel safe around them and have had them do work when I’m not home with no issue at all and they always give updates and leave a receipt stating what they did. The landlord is amazing, I have zero… complaints, she takes care of any issues that you bring up to her and she does not tolerate drugs or disruptive tenants. I once thought I left my straightener on and I left for work. I called her and she offered to go over to make sure it was off.
I feel safe living here and I will continue to live here. Since living here for two years I haven’t had any bug or mold issues.

Horrible and bug infested

Infested with bugs. Make you sign a bed bug agreement???? How dirty. Apparently one of the places caught on fire, the whole apartment building smelled and creaked when people walked, walls are PAPER thin, they fixed our unit before we moved in and did a shotty job (lazy workers), never any hot water, and there were bugs. We never saw a bug our whole life till the day we moved into these nasty apartments then all of a sudden we find them everywhere. We had to throw all of our furniture away and… then they tried to blame us! Funny thing is we moved out and live somewhere else and have not seen a single bug YET. We were just clean people who moved into a DIRTY apartment and got screwed. Lesson learned. We have told everyone never to rent from these people or any of their apartments. Absolutely disgusting. The office manager even said her own SON god bed bugs from living there....
