Hickory Hills Manor

I have Lived here for 3 years and there has been maintenance problems since the day I’ve moved in. They never come to fix anything, EVER! My ceiling is currently hanging out of my bathroom and has been that way for at LEAST 3 months. The landlords are always quitting so a lot of times no one is in the office. They have a BIG bug problem, the tenants are trifling and ghetto. It’s the most ran down/ghetto place in Frankfort, no exaggeration!

The apartment is income based and they pay the water. They are very nice apartments, they are average size rooms. Mine is a 2 bedroom 1 bath on the ground floor. There is a laundry on the premises . We have a lot of collage students in the complex as the collage is close to us. The management and the maintenance crew are super nice and great people if a problem arises I just call the office and the manager sends to the apartment.

I live in the quiet town of Frankfort, KY in HICKORY HILLS MANOR. Hickory Hills is the best apartments for any college student or young family. Our community if full of young adults and families, a great place to be. The management team are great people and are always willing to work you those that need the help. Hickory Hills is located across the street from campus so that's perfect for anyone that does not have a car. It's just the perfect place to me. Come move in and be my new neighbor.
