Awful Place

When we were first shown the apartment, I thought it was nice & a good area to live. After we got the keys and started to bring things in I noticed how dirty it still was. Dirty dishes in the bottom of the dishwasher, cabinets were gross, & I have to clean all of the sinks and tub. There is NEVER any parking. They covered the pool to build a parking lot big enough for what maybe 6 cars? & the pool is a amenity so why is my rent being RAISED if I did want to stay another year.... Also my car has… been vandalized many times in the parking lot & I have noticed other cars around me have been too. I called the office to ask them to look at camera because this is the second time I have been keyed. The lady I talked to wasn’t even going to ask what my name was. Makes me question if they will even check the cameras. I am beyond ready to move out, I wish I would have known all things things before I ever moved in. Not worth the money we pay now & for sure not worth what they’re trying to raise the rent too. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!

Good place

I lived there for 1.5 years. Apartments are well maintained. Community is safe. Management is helpful and understanding. I would recommend any one to live here.

Capital City Rentals-Raven Crest Apartments

I live in a great community. My apartment has 3 bedroom, 21/2 baths, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, deck and porch on lower level is a laundry facility on the property, and many apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups. I also have lots of storage space and a back porch with a great view. There is also an indoor/outdoor pool on the grounds. I really love my place, I have been a tenant for 10 years. I have recommended this location to several others friends.
