Willowood

I really enjoyed living here, the apartment was spacious and well located. My neighbors where awesome as well and helped me move in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and peacefulness of the area. Not to mention how accessible these apartments are to just about everything you could want. There is a Kroger, Walmart, aldi and a plethora of other stores only a minute or 2 away. The hospital is just across the road and the local highschool is right there as well. Its a very safe and family friendly… area. I couldn't recommend it any more. I should also mention that Tracy who manages these properties is SUPER nice. She helped us the whole way through since this was my first time having to go through renting. She is kind and helpful, always willing to help you with any questions or concerns about your home or the community in general. She is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful as well and are on call when emergency strikes. My window wouldn't shut and I didnt want to break the mechanism. Within and hour Wess showed up and fixed it. It is really nice to have the sense of security. I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't want to be right in downtown Frankfort but still wants all of your amenities at an arms reach. The down town is only 8 minutes or so away which is cool as well. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about living here. Read More
