Trash and Dog Crap is a Problem here.
Almost been here a year and the property got bought out by Real Source Properties about half way through my lease. Ever since new ownership the place has gotten worse IMO. The renovations are some flashy countertops, but that’s the highlight if you know anything about painting, drywall, ceiling, etc.
Biggest issue is dog crap all over the place and work orders be marked as completed, when they haven’t. Got plenty of pics, but can’t post them unfortunately. Figure this would help get it... resolved since going through the proper channels is useless.

Great owner, great maintenance. Never have I ever had a problem that wasnt fixed almost immediately.
