Georgetown Oaks Apartments

Don't rent here unless you are desperate for a place to live in Georgetown. If something requires repair, unless it's an emergency, it takes weeks and repeated attempts to get it fixed. They do not follow KY law standards for repairs and notification for landlord entry for your apartment. If you are a non smoker, good luck! If the person below is, prepare to be greeted with a huge shock every time you open the door. Walls are thin and floors make noise (squeaking) in your APT and above you as… well. Appliances are old and rusted. Stove and fridge are rusted and expect one of the loudest old dishwasher you ever heard. I have never felt more at home than I do here and I've only been here a few short months. I can honestly say I'm perfectly content with calling this place my home. They are so quick to help with any issues that I have and the staff is so nice!
I never have any problems with any neighbors. It feels like such a safe neighborhood as well, even at night. I couldn't be happier to call this place home.

We lived at Georgetown Oaks for about a year and have been pleased with our experience. The apartments are very spacey and nice, they have a gym, tanning bed, and even a pool! We loved having washer and dryer hook ups in our apartment and the onsite playground. Very nice place for a family, the only reason we left was because we purchased a home. The office ladies are also very nice and get your problems solved in a quick and efficient manner.

We have been living in this apartment for almost 4.5 years now and we have never regretted about our decision to stay at this place! If you are a nature lover, you will defenitely love here..the feel of waking up to the sounds of squirrels and birds is something that we love about this place.. We have a beautiful view from our balcony and we love spending time just sitting and observing Nature especially when it rains.The management people are also very warm and friendly. Whenever we need… something to be fixed,they respond soon once the issue is reported. We love everything about this place, the ever smiling Sara and the super energetic Torie ( management staffs),the neighbors,the greenery around, basically everything.
