This is Home

I love apartment living! I feel so safe since we are located next to the police station. We have restaurants, a grocery, and downtown historic J-town all within walking distance. The grounds are kept up and updated periodically. We have 2 pools and a social area with several options. We have plenty of parking and it stays well lit. The apartments are well sized with plenty of closet space, washer dryer hook ups, a dishwasher and microwave. I love the ceiling fans and would request more- in the… bedrooms and family rooms that are missing them. They help tremendously since many units get the afternoon sun. I only hear neighbors in the hallway, so there’s rarely a disturbance. The pet policy is higher than when I moved in, as is the rent, but water and WiFi are now included and we have valet trash service. Finally, huge kudos to our maintenance crew. Their response time is fantastic. I love putting in a request at night and coming home the next day to the problem fixed. After being a single mom of 4 boys and being responsible for the house, apartment living is exactly what I want and Boulder Creek is perfect for me.

Biggest floor plans in Jtown area!

I love living here at Boulder Creek, everyone is so nice & I love that everyone that works here lives here also it’s a plus when I need help with anything! my apartment is so spacious & the biggest layout i’ve seen in all the area it just feels like home here!
