Affordable & Comfortable

I've really enjoyed living at Boulder Creek Apartments. One of the biggest reasons I chose to live here was the size of the floor plans, you get so much space for the price, which is hard to find these days. It truly feels like home instead of just another apartment. The community is peaceful, the grounds are well kept, and the location makes it easy to get wherever I need to go. If you're looking for a comfortable place to live with large apartments at a great value, I definitely recommend… checking out Boulder Creek!

Jeffersontown Staple!

Solid apartment community. The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of J-town and close to pretty much anything you would need. The office is always friendly and helpful and maintenance always responds quickly. Overall a great place to live.

I love it here

After looking at several apartment communities, I chose Boulder Creek because it offered the best combination of location, amenities, and price. I've been pleasantly surprised by how much there is to enjoy here. The pools are great during the summer, and having a new dog park and outdoor spaces right on the property is a huge bonus.
Everything I need is just minutes away, and I appreciate how convenient the location is. Overall, it's been a great value, and I'm glad I decided to make Boulder… Creek my home.

Best Place EVER!

Boulder Creek has been a great place to call home! The location is hard to beat, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. The amenities are amazing, especially the pools, fitness center, playground, dog park, and outdoor recreation areas. The apartments are spacious, and the pricing offers great value compared to other communities nearby. Friendly staff, quick maintenance, and a beautiful community make Boulder Creek an easy recommendation!

Great Property!

I’ve had a great experience at Boulder Creek Apartments! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and in a super convenient location—close to everything in the Jeffersontown area, including shopping, dining, and local events.

The office team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. Maintenance has also been reliable and efficient—work orders are completed in a timely manner, which makes a… huge difference.

The property itself is clean, and you can tell there’s a lot of effort put into keeping the community looking nice. It’s a welcoming place to live, and I appreciate the overall atmosphere here.

I would definitely recommend Boulder Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!
