Maintenance IS AMAZING!

I've lived here for 3yrs now and before property management was a joke as well as maintenance. Since Eden has bought this place out it's been SO much better. Deb in front office is amazing and Tim with maintenance is great! They stay on top of things. Are constantly trying to make this a safer and better place to live and are FINALLY getting maintenance in here to fix all the problems the old company did not seem to care about! Thank you ALL for being so great!

Do Not Believe These Ads

No basketball court. No tennis court. Pool only opened a few days during the summer because there is always chemical issues. Most of the amenities listed here are NONEXISTENT.
There is no maintenance. Even when they still had some on staff, nothing was ever fixed
Several of the apartments have black mold, although they try to convince us it's mildew.
Stay away! Go anywhere else!

Went to do a walk thru and the lady gave us a key an apartment that someone just moved out of still had trash and food around it was extremely filthy everything about it was, I Do not recommend this apartment building to anybody
